Steppers & Stair Climbers — 60-85% Off Retail
Stair climbers burn more calories per minute than treadmills or ellipticals — that's a fact, not marketing. We stock 8 commercial stair machines across two categories:
**Pedal steppers** (Life Fitness 95SE, 95Si, Integrity CLS S) — independent pedal action simulating stair climbing. Smaller footprint, lower price point.
**Revolving staircase climbmills** (StairMaster 7000PT, StairMaster Gauntlet, Matrix C3x, Matrix C5x) — an actual moving staircase under your feet. The toughest cardio workout in any gym. Used by firefighter academies, military training facilities, and professional sports teams.
Prices range from $999 (Life Fitness 95SE) up to $2,699 (StairMaster 7000PT Blue Console). The same machines retail for $3,800 to $8,200 new.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pedal steppers (like the Life Fitness 95SE/95Si/Integrity CLS S) have two independent pedals that move up and down — they simulate stair climbing. Revolving staircase climbmills (StairMaster 7000PT, Gauntlet, Matrix C3x/C5x) have an actual moving staircase, like climbing a real building. The revolving staircase is a significantly harder, more realistic workout — that's why firefighters and military use them for training.
Both are excellent commercial revolving-staircase machines. StairMaster invented the category in 1983 and has 40+ years of refinement. Matrix's C-series ClimbMills came later but match StairMaster for build quality at a typically lower retail price. Come test them in our showroom — preference comes down to console layout and step feel.
All our stair machines need about 48-50" x 34-36" of floor space plus 90"+ of ceiling height (they're tall — you're climbing stairs, after all). Plan for at least 7.5 feet of ceiling clearance. Climbmills need more vertical space than pedal steppers.
