About This Strength Machine
The Nautilus Nitro Plus Seated Leg Curl trains the hamstrings from a seated position, easier on the lower back than prone (lying-down) leg curl machines, and the reclined seat back prevents the quadriceps from interfering with hamstring contraction. The improved cam profile Nautilus introduced on the Nitro Plus generation gives you full hamstring engagement at the end of the curl, where most leg curl machines under-load.
