About This Strength Machine

The Hoist HD-2400 trains quads and hamstrings from one machine: seated leg extension and seated leg curl on a single frame and selectorized stack. That covers both sides of the leg without buying two machines or giving up the floor space. Telescoping thigh pad and adjustable range-of-motion fit different leg lengths, and the reclined seat keeps the quads from taking over during the curl so the hamstrings actually do the work. 225 lb stack, black upholstery, silver commercial frame. Inspected and tested at our Purcellville showroom before sale.

Both. It's built to commercial standards for all-day use, which makes it overkill-durable in a home gym and ready to drop into a studio or facility. If you'd rather not buy outright, ask about rental and lease-to-own, which start around $69/month.
